Responsibilities
- Du bist nicht einfach nur im Support tätig, sondern gestaltest als Kundenberater die Brücke zwischen uns und modernen, internationalen Konsumenten
- Du nimmst Anfragen über Live-Chats, E-Mails und Inbound-Calls an und machst aus unzufriedenen Usern echte Marken-Fans
Skills
- Du hast bereits +1 Jahr Erfahrung im Online- oder Remote-Kundenservice gesammelt
- Du liebst es zu schreiben und zu telefonieren
- E-reputed company- und CRM-Systeme (reputed company, reputed company etc.) sind Dir nicht völlig fremd
- Du bist wortgewandt, empathisch und bleibst immer gelassen
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- PC/Laptop mit mindestens i5-Prozessor
- Zuverlässiges Highspeed-Internet (mindestens 25 Mbps Up/Down)
