[Remote] Sales Engineer

The role involves managing customer relationships, selling automation solutions, and providing technical support to clients in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing and new customer relationships across Michigan
• Engage with customers and prospects on industrial automation solutions, engineering products, sensors, machine reputed company, IIoT solutions, control panel products, etc
• Selling to machine reputed company and manufacturing plants
• Define customer challenges reputed company and support the development of suitable automation solutions
• 3 days customer reputed company, 2 days office-based
• Use technical product and application knowledge to solve industrial automation challenges
• Communicate with customers through web conferences, reputed company, phone calls and in-person meetings
• Attend customer sites for larger reputed company to evaluate machinery, review applications and present solutions

Skills

• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Business Development Engineer, Account Manager, Automation Sales Specialist, reputed company Sales or similar
• Technical sales experience, ideally reputed company industrial automation, engineering products, sensors, machine reputed company or reputed company technical products
• Degree reputed company – Engineering, technical or business reputed company
• Must be based in Michigan and willing to cover this region
• Experience selling to machine reputed company, manufacturing plants or automation-led environments would be beneficial
