[Remote] Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer will support the engineering team on technical topics, collaborate with design teams, and ensure compliance, while also engaging in design, execution, reliability, and communication responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and support for electrical technical standards and updates
• Review and support for reputed company phase of design deliverables
• Assist content preparation and presentation to reputed company business approvals
• Support conceptual/directional design reputed company at inception
• Review and support for major equipment product commitments
• Review and support for commissioning scripts and procedures
• Review and support for critical MOP’s
• Review and support for commissioning reports
• Assist with technical investigations and problem solving
• Technical support for site performance shortfalls, failures, and issue reputed company
• Involvement reputed company industry and vendor interaction to be reputed company of industry leading technologies
• Collaborate with customer technical needs to ensure reputed company is reputed company and keeping pace with industry technical developments
• reputed company technical review and validation of new technologies
• Technical leadership in understanding and evaluating sustainable practices
• Participation in discussions, written and verbal, with reputed company senior leadership
• Individual should be reputed company to communicate reputed company topics to work reputed company of varying technical experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in data center or mission critical electrical and mechanical design, construction and operations
• AutoCAD or Revit experience
• Proficient with interpreting construction drawings and equipment specifications
• Ability to understand construction project scopes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• May travel at times up to 25%
• PE License in the Electrical field preferred
• Experience troubleshooting technical problems during startup and commissioning preferred
