[Remote] SSO Key Account Manager - Mil/Gov

They are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage strategic customer relationships in the Military and Government sectors, driving renewals and new business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of mil/gov, reputed company, and regulated accounts
• Drive renewals, retention, and service expansion
• Build pipeline through reputed company, partnerships, and industry engagement
• Identify and reputed company new business opportunities and new reputed company
• reputed company account plans and reputed company QBRs to drive value and reputed company
• reputed company reputed company procurement and compliance requirements
• Partner cross-functionally (Service Delivery, Sales, reputed company, Finance) to deliver on commitments
• reputed company proposals, pricing, and negotiate reputed company
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity (Dynamics)

Skills

• Experience supporting Mil/Gov and/or reputed company contractors
• Proven reputed company in B2B sales or account management in reputed company environments
• Ability to drive both renewals and new business (hunting)
• Experience with long, reputed company procurement cycles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries
• Experience leading QBRs or customer governance
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and SSO tools (CalWeb, quoting tools)
• Analytical skills (reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to reputed company/reputed company improvement
