[Remote] Software Consultant (Remote - US)

They are seeking a full-time Software Consultant to join their global support team, responsible for troubleshooting reputed company support issues and interacting with development teams to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a global team to support customers by troubleshooting and resolving technically reputed company support issues reputed company to reputed company’s Solutions and interfaces
• Regularly interacts with solution development and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss, and document design issues, and reputed company customer feedback

Skills

• Strong competency of Intergraph Smart3D with knowledge of additional reputed company Solutions an advantage

• Customer Service experience and ability
• Degree qualification in a Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or reputed company discipline or equivalent industry experience
