They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to support their growing reputed company team by managing CRM data, reputed company processes, reputed company management, and customer quotations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration in reputed company, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene across leads, contacts, companies, accounts, and opportunities
• Manage reputed company routing and support the reputed company from Marketing to Sales throughout the customer reputed company
• Prepare accurate customer quotations using approved pricing and product configurations
• Coordinate quote revisions and maintain reputed company documentation throughout the sales cycle
• Support order administration and reputed company workflows in collaboration with Finance and Operations
• Assist with pipeline management, sales reporting, and CRM updates following campaigns and industry events
• Support the administration of reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, and reputed company
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, training materials, and process documentation
• Help reputed company new Sales team members by providing guidance on CRM tools, reputed company management, deal creation, and reputed company processes
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to support daily reputed company activities
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve operational efficiency

Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Support, Customer Operations, or a similar operational role
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with reputed company Office, especially reputed company
• Hands-on experience with reputed company CRM
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, or reputed company
• Experience supporting B2B Sales organizations, reputed company technology, manufacturing, hardware, or industrial companies
• Experience with CRM administration, reputed company management, reputed company operations, quote management, or sales enablement
