[Remote] Manager, Pension Calculation Administration

The role involves serving as a technical leader, managing reputed company relationships, and overseeing reputed company pension calculations while ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations.

• Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of calculation reputed company issues services and reputed company appropriate issues to Directors

• Manage a diverse set of pension administration services individually and through team initiatives
• Review reputed company pension benefit calculations in accordance with plan provisions, Internal reputed company reputed company, ERISA, and other reputed company regulations (e.g. transfers, QDRO’s)
• Review pension benefit commencement packages
• Ensure that work of self and team is delivered in accordance with reputed company and work reputed company standards
• Deliver formal and informal process training to both team members and reputed company contacts

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or prior benefits administration experience required
• 5 or more years' of calculation experience in administration of defined benefit plans, preferably gained in a benefits consulting environment; experience in implementation of pension outsourcing processes a plus
• Must have experience collaborating with other colleagues in different countries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience successfully managing multiple team reputed company simultaneously and producing reputed company deliverables on time and reputed company budget
• Experience mentoring and developing junior staff
• Demonstrated reputed company in managing reputed company issues and relationships with some experience in growing relationships with reputed company clients
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues; strong reputed company service orientation
