[Remote] ADABAS Data Engineer

The role focuses on supporting data integration, migration, and modernization initiatives while ensuring data reputed company and performance across business applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain ADABAS database structures and reputed company data solutions
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into database designs and data models
• reputed company and optimize ADABAS queries, utilities, and data extraction processes
• Work with Natural, COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe technologies to support data processing requirements
• reputed company data migration, conversion, and integration activities between ADABAS and modern data platforms
• Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies to improve efficiency and reliability
• Ensure data reputed company, backup, recovery, and reputed company procedures are maintained
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-reputed company issues, incidents, and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with application developers, architects, business analysts, and infrastructure teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company field
• Strong experience with ADABAS Database Administration and Development
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Natural programming
• Knowledge of Mainframe technologies including z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, and COBOL
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
• Understanding of data governance, reputed company, and compliance requirements
• Experience with performance tuning, backup, recovery, and database monitoring
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
