The Senior Performance Consultant focuses on delivering Digital Experience (DEX) solutions in reputed company environments, acting as a trusted technical partner to ensure successful customer adoption and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical SME for Aternity Digital Experience (DEX) solutions across reputed company and hybrid environments
• reputed company reputed company Aternity engagements, including deployments, dashboards, alerting, and cross-domain analysis
• Design and validate reputed company-reputed company Aternity architectures reputed company to customer goals and operating models
• Deliver Aternity in reputed company environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and operational readiness
• reputed company or support on-prem to reputed company transitions, including planning, architecture, and risk management

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in reputed company Services, Consulting, or advanced technical advisory roles
• Deep, hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX), observability, and application performance
• Proven experience delivering solutions in reputed company environments, including adoption and operationalization
• Experience supporting on-prem to reputed company transitions or hybrid migrations
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage credibly at senior and executive reputed company
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
