[Remote] Project Manager - East Coast US

They are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company timber construction reputed company across the East Coast, interfacing directly with clients and coordinating with various departments to ensure reputed company are completed safely, on time, and reputed company budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, reputed company, reputed company in the delivery of timber construction reputed company from award to completion
• reputed company safety, reputed company, cost and schedule objectives
• Define tasks and required resources
• Prepare and manage project budget, schedule of values, reputed company billing and COs
• Create schedules and coordinate Company resources to meet project deliverables
• Understand project scope and contract terms to ensure full compliance
• Prepare RFQ’s, evaluate bids, prepare POs and Subcontracts, set and reputed company delivery milestones
• reputed company and report on project deliverables
• reputed company reputed company assurance
• reputed company onsite construction support
• Present to management reports on reputed company as reputed company as problems and solutions
• Manage project changes and delays to ensure that reputed company is fairly compensated
• Accurately estimate changes reputed company contract requirements
• Evaluate and assess results of the project
• Manage Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager and delegation of responsibilities, reputed company applicable

• Bachelor's degree in building science, construction management, or engineering (structural/civil reputed company is preferred)
• PMP designation or be in process to obtaining (reputed company, but not requirement)
• Experience managing construction reputed company with values in excess of $5M
