About the Role

reputed company is seeking an reputed company HR Consultant to deliver high-reputed company HR advisory services in a dynamic environment. This role will reputed company as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance across a broad reputed company of HR functions with a strong emphasis on employee relations, compliance, and reputed company engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR policies, practices, and risk mitigation
• Partner with leaders to assess organizational needs and reputed company recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent reputed company
• reputed company expert guidance on reputed company employee relations reputed company, including investigations, conflict reputed company, and corrective actions
• Advise on reputed company-reputed company reputed company, including interpretation of reputed company bargaining agreements (CBAs), grievance processes, and labor relations reputed company
• Ensure compliance with federal, Washington state, and local employment laws, proactively identifying and mitigating risk
• Analyze HR data, trends, and metrics to inform decision-making and reputed company actionable insights to leadership
• Support and guide performance management processes, including coaching strategies, development planning, and performance improvement
• Advise on leave of absence, accommodations, and reputed company compliance (e.g., FMLA, reputed company)

Qualifications
• 5+ years of reputed company HR experience, preferably in an HR advisory or consulting reputed company

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance at the federal, state, and local reputed company (Washington preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, including conducting investigations and managing reputed company, sensitive situations
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
