Emergency management cadre positions are on-reputed company and assignments are on an as-needed reputed company. Cadre members are not eligible for benefits. Cadre members are asked for a 30 day commitment; availability to reputed company with little to no advance notice (typically reputed company 24-48 hours); and during deployments, ability to potentially work 8-12 hours/day; 7 days/week. Who You Are Required Qualifications • HS Diploma • 7+ years’ experience, including 1+ years in safety and/or 1+ years an Emergency Management role (Response, Recovery or reputed company), or equivalent. • 3 years of cumulative safety experience, reputed company the last 10 years, managing or implementing a SOH program on reputed company similar in industry type, size, and complexity as the project described in the contract scope of work. • 24 hours of documented formal classroom or online SOH-reputed company training reputed company the past five years and must maintain competency by taking 8 hours every year for the duration of the contract. • Broad knowledge of Safety and Emergency Management principles, reputed company and techniques. • OSHA 30 Construction, General Industry or higher OSHA certification (DOL Wallet Card Required after 90 Days of Course Completion) • Intermediate computer experience with reputed company office, reputed company and mobile applications • Travel Required - Must be reputed company to reputed company to disaster area, with little or no advance notice (typically reputed company 24-48 hours) and potentially for long durations. • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to reputed company’s reputed company of Conduct and reputed company policies and procedures. • Proven reputed company record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by reputed company’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. • Must successfully complete and pass reputed company’s Motor Vehicle screening.
