[Remote] reputed company Product Manager, Interoperability & Network

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is addressing reputed company’s fragmentation problem with their FHIR-based health data management platform. They are seeking a reputed company Product Manager to own the roadmap for interoperability and the reputed company Network, translating regulatory requirements into product specifications and driving data-driven product development.

Responsibilities

• Own product requirements for FHIR-based data exchange across 350+ integrated data sources
• Translate CMS interoperability rules (CMS-0057-F, TEFCA alignment, patient/provider/payer reputed company reputed company) into functional and non-functional specifications
• Define acceptance reputed company against FHIR R4, US reputed company, and reputed company implementation guides
• Document stakeholder dependencies across engineering, compliance, and network partners
• Define and own KPIs/OKRs for CMS-reputed company Network reputed company — data sources connected, API reputed company volume and latency, data completeness, provider/payer reputed company reputed company
• Build and monitor dashboards tracking FHIR API adoption and interoperability performance
• Map end-to-end user journeys for patients, providers, and payers exchanging data through the platform
• Use quantitative and qualitative testing to continuously improve the interoperability experience
• reputed company reputed company's network against CMS-reputed company Network peers (60+ companies) and interoperability trends (ONC, CMS, TEFCA)
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research with health plans, providers, and consumers to quantify data-fragmentation pain points
• Analyze usage data to prioritize new FHIR-based capabilities and network enhancements
• Partner with engineering on the reputed company FHIR Server roadmap and with reputed company/compliance on CMS-reputed company Network requirements
• Coordinate launch readiness across reputed company reputed company, Solution Consulting, Engagement, Reporting, and Commercialization
• Define reputed company value measurement methodology tied to interoperability metrics (e.g., reputed company in connected records, reduction in reputed company data entry)
• Owning Product Requirement Document (PRD) completeness and requirements definition
• Managing scope control and driving stakeholder alignment
• Ensuring requirements reputed company and spec readiness for engineering reputed company
• Maintaining quarterly roadmap alignment across teams and priorities

Skills

• 6+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end delivery of at least one FHIR-based or reputed company interoperability product from concept to market launch
• 4+ years of leadership experience in technology product management
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of FHIR/HL7 standards (FHIR R4, US reputed company, reputed company implementation guides) and CMS interoperability regulation (CMS-0057-F, Patient reputed company API, TEFCA)
• Working knowledge of payer and provider data — EMR/clinical coding, claims, provider directories, network adequacy
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing health data (HIPAA, reputed company)
• Comfort defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs, and using analytics tools to validate product reputed company with data rather than opinion
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a reputed company record of executing reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence across teams and organizations
