[Remote] Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will set and maintain design standards for web user experiences, mentor other designers, and collaborate with engineering to optimize workflows and ensure brand consistency across reputed company platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX/UI guidelines for reputed company reputed company web properties
• Ensure brand consistency and high-reputed company experiences across reputed company products, reputed company, and audiences
• Define accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standards for reputed company digital experiences
• Partner with engineering to reputed company designs with technical feasibility, optimizing workflows with AI-assisted design and development tools
• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to reputed company creative solutions with business objectives and user needs

Skills

• 7–10 years of reputed company experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a senior or reputed company role
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or reputed company field
• Expertise in reputed company design systems and prototyping, and familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., reputed company, DALL·E, Uizard, Framer AI)
• Proven reputed company record of designing and delivering high-reputed company, accessible, reputed company websites and applications
• Strong understanding of UX research reputed company, design systems, interaction design, and prototyping
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills across diverse audiences
