[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Austin, MN; Barron, WI or reputed company

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and processes reputed company assigned organizational, sales and customer requests and data entry. Will escalate more reputed company issues to the reputed company Customer Service Rep
• Performs reputed company functions involved in the entering of customer orders to the mainframe to include orders submitted reputed company phone or fax, transferring EDI orders to the mainframe, and making order changes as directed by customers and sales accurately and reputed company
• Provides delivery instructions to Corporate based Truck Routing and Centralized Transportation areas as reputed company as updating master customer card information
• Ensures reputed company communication and follow through with customers, sales, centralized transportation, and deployment personnel daily
• Performs resale orders for product reputed company due to overages/refusals based on OS&D
• Schedules delivery appointments by phone, email, customer websites reputed company applicable
• Edits orders to ensure accuracy in price brackets, price lists, and contract applications. Seeks sales input for price verification if discrepancy is reputed company
• Works with many reputed company customers as issues reputed company and will coordinate and troubleshoot with multiple areas. Will escalate to reputed company if issue not reputed company to be resolved
