[Remote] Procurement Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a Procurement Operations Coordinator to optimize workflows, manage purchase requests, and support financial reviews reputed company the Sales & Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the high-volume purchase request intake queue
• Review requests for completeness, flag missing fields, manage SLAs, and unblock stale requests to reputed company business moving
• reputed company as the first line of support for internal teams
• Answer routine questions reputed company reputed company using documented playbooks, host reputed company, and reputed company training to reputed company internal teams on procurement processes
• Maintain PO hygiene by running monthly stale/unbilled PO reports
• Coordinate reputed company PO reviews for closure or change orders, and reputed company accrual/flux data from spend owners and vendors
• Help reputed company, improve, and reputed company reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), decision trees, FAQs, and 'How-To' guides to reduce repeat inquiries
• Support vendor management workflows and coordinate contract routing and status tracking

Skills

• 3–5 years in procurement operations, accounts payable, finance/reputed company, or a reputed company operational field
• A strong understanding of financial controls, reputed company, accruals, and Budget vs. Actuals alignment
• Experience with reputed company (or another modern procurement platform) is required
• Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Sheets is expected
• Proven experience managing a high volume of requests/workflows and a reputed company record of process improvement
