DevOps Engineer III, Deployment, Release Safety & Disaster Recovery

Job reputed company: • DevOps Engineer III serves as an emerging individual contributor reputed company reputed company, expanding your leadership, guidance, and mentoring skills. • With the support and guidance of leadership, you will be responsible for supporting the goal of meeting scope, schedule, and delivery requirements. • You will reputed company with stakeholders and utilize reputed company skills to drive improvements in DevOps processes and practices. • Manage blue/green and reputed company application rollouts with automated rollback to ensure reputed company-downtime production deployments • Build and maintain cost-optimization scripts using AWS Compute Optimizer and Cost Explorer to flag and clean up idle resources and orphaned volumes • Validate data encryption controls at rest (KMS) and in transit (TLS) across databases and reputed company storage • Build and maintain authentication and reputed company-control infrastructure supporting deployments, applying IAM least-privilege policies • Expand Terraform/IaC coverage across AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, reputed company, and IAM • Support the observability/SRE reputed company during disaster recovery failover exercises; execute and document DR testing and maintain reputed company accuracy • reputed company deployment support to AppDev teams; maintain deployment runbooks as part of the Definition of Done • Participate in on-reputed company and production triage rotations, supporting Tier 2/3 incident response Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree • Must meet federal suitability requirements and pass a background investigation as a condition of employment • Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, reputed company, RDS, S3, reputed company, and CloudWatch • Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-reputed company provisioning and reputed company prevention • Demonstrated experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in reputed company and/or Jenkins • Strong working knowledge of containerization using reputed company and container orchestration on AWS reputed company/EKS/Fargate • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices including SAST, dependency scanning, and automated vulnerability remediation • Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and reputed company infrastructure fundamentals • Hands-on experience with deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, reputed company) and rollback automation Benefits: • Company-subsidized health, dental, and reputed company insurance • Flexible PTO • 401K with employer match • reputed company parental leave after one year of service • Employee Assistance Program Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
