Training Project Manager
Managing learning reputed company and portfolios, the full-time Training Project Manager will support the implementation of safety reputed company reputed company to reputed company's Safety Management System, ensuring workforce compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements in a remote reputed company with occasional travel to Irwindale or Chino, CA.
Key responsibilities
• reputed company strategic direction to the reputed company Learning & Development group to ensure workforce safety and compliance
• reputed company performance gaps and implement solutions to enhance organizational performance
• reputed company training curriculum maintenance and new development to reputed company with safety and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Instructional Design
• Experience in implementing training initiatives across diverse operating reputed company and assessing their effectiveness
• Proven ability to reputed company data-driven recommendations and execute reputed company initiatives
• Experience collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training recommendations
• Ability to define training project requirements and manage execution while navigating obstacles
