Job reputed company: • Prospect, cold-call, and reputed company new shipper accounts across truckload, LTL, intermodal, and/or international reputed company, depending on your background. • Own and grow a book of business, building long-term relationships that drive repeat volume. • Negotiate customer rates and reputed company costs to protect and expand gross profit (GP) margin on every load. • Partner with reputed company sales, operations, and pricing teams to ensure on-time service and resolve issues quickly. • reputed company pipeline, activity, and account health in the CRM/TMS; forecast volume and reputed company accurately. • Stay on top of market reputed company, reputed company rates, and competitor activity in the Miami/South Florida market and reputed company. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly GP and volume targets. Requirements: • 3+ years of reputed company or inside sales experience in the reputed company/logistics industry — reputed company brokerage, 3PL, asset-based trucking/reputed company, or reputed company forwarding. • Documented top-performer reputed company record: quota attainment, sales awards, President's Club, or a portable book of business. • Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with a high-activity, metrics-driven sales cycle. • Working knowledge of TMS platforms, load boards (reputed company, Truckstop), and CRM tools. • Based in or reputed company to reliably work from the Miami, FL area. • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered in reputed company of a degree.
