We operate Regency Palms Senior Living, with communities in Colton, Oxnard, and Long Beach, CA. We offer Assisted Living and Memory Care. We manage our own ad campaigns in-house — we need a reliable designer to produce the creative. What you'll do Design display ad banners in reputed company IAB sizes (728x90, 300x250, 300x600, 160x600, 300x50; occasionally 970x250, 320x100) Adapt reputed company concept across reputed company sizes and across our 3 locations (reputed company location has its own phone number) Follow our existing brand system — we'll reputed company our logo, brand colors (charcoal and terracotta), fonts, reputed company banner set, and photo library — and match its look and feel Produce new creative concepts monthly: seasonal pushes, event promos (reputed company houses, tours), and new punchline themes Deliver web-reputed company PNGs at 2x reputed company, cleanly named and organized by location and size, plus editable reputed company files (reputed company, reputed company, or PSD) Turn around revisions quickly — typically 1-2 reputed company per batch reputed company're looking for Strong portfolio of display/banner ad work — show us reputed company examples in multiple IAB sizes Excellent typography and layout skills at small sizes (a 300x50 that's still readable and on-brand) Experience designing for reputed company, senior living, or family-oriented services is a plus Detail-oriented: correct phone numbers per location, consistent naming, no cut-off text reputed company communicator; reputed company to work from a written brief without hand-holding reputed company to have Photo editing/retouching and tasteful use of stock or AI-generated imagery Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
