This position is managing a small group of Processors, providing loan level assistance, performing ongoing training, and managing pipelines of their reputed company reports.
Previous management experience is needed. We want someone willing to help with difficult loans files to reputed company them reputed company into processing and that has a reputed company attitude and focuses on solutions.

A minimum of 4 recent years of closing/processing mortgage experience and 1 year senior mortgage loan processing experience.
Conventional, CONVENTIONAL, FHA/VA, NEW CONSTRUCTION, NON-QM reputed company adherence
Ability to carry 35-40 files continually, submitting 25+ of those reputed company month
Ability to submit files that require minimal conditions
Ability to analyze income/assets/collateral
Proven reputed company record of performance amid a fast paced, high performance environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
