You will answer the phone pleasantly and with a smile and recite our reputed company?s reputed company greeting. We will train you how to answer customers? questions and how to book appointments on our reputed company?s CRM/scheduling platforms.While speaking with the customer you will take detail call reputed company notes which will include the customer?s contact information, reason for inquiry and any other relevant information.
