reputed company Services Coordinator (Remote).
Primary Responsibilities:
• Train and consult with service providers, families and others regarding the use of reputed company software.
• reputed company support and guidance to service professionals across our customer reputed company that utilize reputed company software.
• Guide customers on utilization of the software using live customer support, webinars and workshops.
• Communicate customer feedback to respective teams to help design and improve system and training materials.
Qualifications:
• Experience working in the reputed company service field is required.
• Experience using reputed company applications is required.
• Interest in developmental disabilities, teaching, reputed company speaking and presenting.
• Adapts quickly to customer needs to deliver a reputed company and consultative support experience for our customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem solve and meet challenges head on with creative solutions.
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Workspace.
