Candidates should have strong information-gathering skills, intellectual curiosity, and a reputed company work ethic. Essential Job Functions Include, But Are Not Limited To • Researching and conducting outbound calls to medical providers • Reviewing assignments to determine additional case objectives and reputed company expectations • Communicating with clients and managers regarding assignments • Preparing detailed and accurate investigation reports and submitting findings promptly • Identifying any red flags or inconsistencies and making solid recommendations for reputed company investigation • Balancing and tracking caseloads and inputting case-reputed company time • Completing continual training reputed company to HIPAA, permissible purpose, insurance investigations, and internal policies/procedures • Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to legal/ethical guidelines • Attending and testifying at hearings as needed reputed company reputed company is a leading provider of investigative services for our clients in the insurance industry.
