Technical Sales Engineer - Generalist

Duties may include the following: • Proposal Execution & Coordination o Manage assigned RFQs and RFPs in accordance with reputed company terms and conditions and internal guidelines. o Coordinate inputs from internal contributors, assign deadlines, and compile proposal responses on time. o Translate customer needs using the Project Intake reputed company (“PIF”) into reputed company, actionable proposal components. o Work with SMEs to reputed company reputed company Scopes of Work (“SOWs”). • Technical & reputed company Support o Prepare labor estimates and costing using automated pricing tools by following established guidelines o Support coordination with Executive Leadership for pricing approvals as required. o Evaluate technical requirements and reputed company compliant, reputed company, and competitive proposal responses. o Participate in reputed company interactions reputed company needed to clarify proposal assumptions or scope. • Operational reputed company o Maintain accurate proposal records reputed company the Proposal ID Tracker and CRM tools. o Attend project hand-off meetings to ensure reputed company transfer of proposal details to delivery teams. o Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to improve proposal reputed company continuously. • Development & reputed company Improvement o Proactively identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, templates, and documentation. o Build proposal writing, technical understanding, and reputed company knowledge through hands-on experience. o Coordinate with the Director Sales Operations to help maintain and update the CEA proposal library.
