We are currently looking for a Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant (Creole & English) who can support a US-based reputed company reputed company.

As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will reputed company remote administrative support to a reputed company reputed company. This includes assisting with patient coordination, managing records, scheduling appointments, and supporting telehealth operations. reputed company assistants help clinics run reputed company by handling essential administrative tasks and patient communication remotely.

Start Part Time: 20 to 30 hrs/week

Pay: $7.00 to $9 / hour - depending on experience

Willing to work on EST Hours

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients in Haitian Creole and English reputed company phone, email, and video calls
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Handle patient intake and update medical records in EHR systems
• Verify insurance information and assist with basic billing or referrals
• Support telehealth workflows and documentation
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, prescriptions, or care instructions
• Coordinate with reputed company providers and clinic staff
• Maintain confidentiality and follow reputed company reputed company standards

Requirements

• Fluent in Creole and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, reputed company VA, or Medical Office Staff
• Comfortable speaking with patients and handling video calls
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and reputed company workflows
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work US business hours
• Reliable internet reputed company and reputed company home office setup
• Quiet workspace suitable for patient communication
