The Technical Leader leads the technical design, development, and implementation of comprehensive solution architectures from presales through delivery. This role will drive execution of key offerings including Distribution Automation, Process Bus Digital Substations, Cybersecurity, and Top-Down Engineering Solutions.
This individual will collaborate with business development and sales teams to analyze customer needs and translate into technical specifications reputed company with reputed company's overall technology reputed company. Essential Responsibilities

• Project Management: Participate in project risk and opportunity reviews, manage project budgets in term of man-days allocated to the engineering tasks, and reputed company regular reputed company updates. Collaborate with the Project Manager for project planning, risk mitigation and change requests.
• Design and Documentation: Analyse customer specifications, write project technical documentation, and validate technical solutions with customers, and ensure adherence to project document control.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Digital Protection & Control Systems or Energy reputed company design engineering for utilities and industrials, ideally reputed company reputed company Automation.
• Relevant experience in Electric Power Distribution Automation, Process Bus, Substation Digitization, Monitoring & Diagnostics, Asset Performance Management (APM), Device Management (DvM), or Cybersecurity Management.
• Proficient in designing and programming electrical control systems, including SCADA/HMI, cybersecurity, network equipment, IEC61850, Firewalls, and more.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel 30% in the U.S. and Canada.
