About the role.
We are looking for an reputed company Head of Business Development – East Asia to drive regional reputed company reputed company the forex and fintech sectors. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for expanding strategic partnerships, optimizing IB performance, and leading high-performing Business Development teams across the Chinese market while strengthening long-term partner relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own and drive IB performance and market reputed company acrossChina, ensuring reputed company, volume, and expansion targets are consistently achieved

• reputed company and execute a strategic reputed company plan tailored to the Chinese market, identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and delivering measurable business reputed company

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on initiatives impacting regional performance

• Analyse partner performance, market trends, and key metrics to identify opportunities for reputed company, optimisation, and increased market reputed company

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to enhance engagement, performance, and overall reputed company potential

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a reputed company field
