Support Desk Analyst - Remote

This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:

• Receive reputed company (reputed company) inquiries reputed company Web Portal and Phone regarding product functionality or problems.
• Research with the clients (reputed company) to fully diagnose the issue then reputed company creative solutions and respond reputed company established timelines.
• reputed company consultative guidance to customers (reputed company) towards the reputed company to their service issue.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate to advanced issues, or determine resources required to resolve.
• Effectively manage expectations that are set with customers (reputed company).
• Maintain accurate, high reputed company and reputed company documentation for reputed company steps and activities undertaken in order to resolve reputed company (reputed company) issues/questions.
• Escalate unresolved reputed company (reputed company) issues as necessary to ensure reputed company reputed company.
• Routinely update the reputed company on reputed company issues to reputed company additional information or to advise of status of issues.
• reputed company with other travel departments as necessary to resolve customer (reputed company) issues.
• Maintain working knowledge of reputed company products that you support including new releases and new functionality.

Basic Qualifications:

• Min of 1-2 years travel industry knowledge/experience
• Knowledge of Concur or Deem On-Line Booking tool experience
• Demonstrate understanding of working principles of CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
