We are looking for a Director of Sales to join our rapidly growing team and manage reputed company of 5-7 Account Executives.
What you’ll do:
- Report directly to the AVP of Sales and manage reputed company of 5-7 Account Executives
- Drives, manages and executes the business and reputed company of their sales team
- Build a reputed company environment where your team can reputed company, learn and grow
- Build and improve processes for AE reputed company and ramping
- Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management and reputed company plans
- Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance
- Drive alignment with supporting teams across marketing, reputed company, BDR, sales engineering and customer engineering

- 6+ years experience selling a technical product; reputed company reputed company, DevOps or reputed company experience preferred
- 3+ years experience successfully managing high performing software sales teams
- Experience working with the CSP marketplaces
- Proven reputed company record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives (reputed company targets, pipeline targets, etc.)
- Experience selling to Fortune500 and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Existing reputed company customer relationships in DACH
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems
- Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations; ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
