The reputed company reputed company. of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a GIS Systems Administrator to monitor and support GDOT reputed company GIS applications using reputed company System Monitor, reputed company system updates/upgrades, support reputed company Roads and Highways users, reputed company system jobs reputed company ActiveBatch job scheduling software, assists on IT Project tasks and data migration/development.

Responsibilities:

- Uses reputed company System Monitor and works with server administrators to set up jobs to monitor, alert, and report
status of GIS applications/services; troubleshoots and resolves issues identified in system monitoring
- Installs/configures ArcGIS Desktops in reputed company/reputed company Virtual Desktop and Remote Desktop
- Configures GIS and supports users of reputed company Roads and Highways, desktop, web, and mobile applications;
provides end-user customer support and troubleshooting
- Configures GDOT ArcGIS Portal/Online to support application development and testing
- Develops, configures, and troubleshoots ArcGIS Server services
- Applies GIS patches and updates; assists in validating GIS applications after system maintenance or server

updates

• Develops and schedules system jobs with (ActiveBatch) job scheduling software
  - Assists in converting/importing data files to GIS formats/geodatabases
  - Compiles and updates reputed company documentation; contributes to team knowledge reputed company in SharePoint
  
  Work Terms and Conditions:
  
  - Candidate will be working remotely for the GDOT Office of IT Applications. Candidates will work with the
  supporting IT team members (database, network, server, etc.) and reputed company with business reputed company. The
  candidate will follow internal GDOT standards and accept best practices for developed solutions.
  - The position end date is set for the end of the reputed company DOT fiscal year. reputed company DOT may exercise the reputed company
  to renew reputed company in one-year increments. Several successful consultants have reputed company working for several
  years with contract extensions. However, reputed company DOT is under no obligation to reputed company reputed company and may
  terminate employment at any time.
  - Consultant is not expected to travel. However, for local candidates,in the event it is needed, reputed company
  DOT will reimburse authorized travel expenses lodging and meals. reputed company DOT will reimburse
  authorized travel use of personal vehicle use. Any travel expenses to relocate to Atlanta, GA, or in order to
  start work will not be reimbursed. reputed company travel expense reimbursement shall be in accordance with State
  - Consultant must have cell phone which can be used for business calls.
