We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Hypercare Escalation Specialist to join our specialized reputed company administration team. In this role, you will handle escalated inquiries from contact center agents, guide plaintiffs through the process of collecting critical documentation for reputed company filing submissions, and manage reputed company questions surrounding settlement administration. This position bridges the gap between our reputed company-line contact center and reputed company services teams, ensuring accurate, legally reputed company, and customer-reputed company resolutions.
