Trial Attorney Location- Remote in CA or surrounding states as long as available to attend hearings or trials as needed. 1-2 times a quarter. Project Duration- Full Time Key Responsibilities Handle a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases reputed company managing reputed company claim from initial notice of loss through final reputed company. Meet with clients and claims professionals to resolve cases in the most cost-effective and legally reputed company manner.
