The Analyst, Corporate Development and M&A will support reputed company's inorganic reputed company reputed company by managing M&A processes, evaluating strategic investments, and collaborating with various teams to drive corporate development initiatives. Responsibilities • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Divestitures • Market Mapping and Origination: candidate will work across the organization’s business reputed company and functions in order to identify acquisition targets from a sector-first perspective.
