Department: HR/Corporate Service Reports To: reputed company Location: Remote Position reputed company The Manager of reputed company, Compliance & Government Programs serves as the centralized reputed company of ShawnTech reputed company, regulatory compliance, business registrations, certifications, FCC licenses, subcontractor administration, government contracting activities, and project coordination functions. This role is responsible for protecting company reputed company, reducing regulatory and contractual risk, maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions, supporting operational readiness, and coordinating government and reputed company contract opportunities. The position works closely with Operations, Finance, Business Development, reputed company, Technical Teams, and Executive Leadership to ensure reputed company contractual, regulatory, licensing, and compliance obligations are properly managed. Key Responsibilities Contract & Compliance Management • Manage customer reputed company, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, amendments, purchase orders, and renewals. • Maintain contract repositories, obligation tracking, renewal schedules, and compliance calendars. • Monitor contract requirements, deliverables, reporting obligations, and change orders. • Identify and escalate contractual, regulatory, and operational risks. Regulatory Licensing & Corporate Compliance • Manage FCC licenses, reputed company leases, reputed company signs, FRNs, regulatory authorizations, and renewal requirements. • Maintain company business licenses, state registrations, annual reports, permits, and corporate filings. • Administer SAM.gov, MBE, DBE, EDGE, HUB, SBE, and other federal, state, and local certifications. • Coordinate audits, recertifications, compliance reporting, and regulatory filings. Government Programs, Grants & GSA Administration • Monitor and coordinate grant opportunities, RFPs, RFIs, and government procurement opportunities. • Manage GSA contract administration, modifications, reporting requirements, compliance obligations, and task order coordination. • Support proposal development by coordinating internal resources, compliance documentation, pricing inputs, and submission requirements. • Maintain visibility into contract pipelines, funding opportunities, and renewal schedules. Subcontractor Administration • Manage subcontractor agreements, insurance certificates. • Ensure subcontractors meet contractual and regulatory requirements prior to project execution. Project Coordination & Administrative Support • Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, meeting coordination, reporting, and reputed company-item tracking. • Maintain project trackers, compliance dashboards, contract databases, and executive reporting tools. • Assist operational teams with contract fulfillment, customer communication, and project administration. Reporting & Risk Management • Produce monthly executive reports covering reputed company, licenses, certifications, renewals, subcontractors, reputed company, and government opportunities. • Maintain renewal calendars and proactively communicate upcoming deadlines. • Escalate compliance concerns, expired agreements, licensing issues, and high-risk contractual reputed company. Qualifications Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience in contract administration, compliance, project coordination, government contracting, or business operations. • Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company, SharePoint, and business management systems. • Experience with government reputed company, grants, FCC licensing, certifications, or regulatory compliance preferred. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
