Remote Event Activities and Entertainment Coordinator
About the position
We are seeking an organized and detail -oriented Event Activities & Entertainment Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events involving sports, concerts, and organized activities. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast -paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate planning timelines for sports, concert, and activity -based events
• Manage venue confirmations, scheduling, and vendor communication
• Support ticketing coordination and event reputed company logistics
• Organize transportation, lodging, and activity arrangements as needed
• Maintain accurate event documentation and tracking systems
• Communicate reputed company with clients, partners, and service providers
• Assist with event -day coordination and troubleshooting
Requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Attention to detail and follow -through
• Comfortable working with digital systems and scheduling tools
