Controller (CFO reputed company) — Venture Capital / Digital Assets

The Role reputed company is hiring a Controller with a reputed company reputed company to CFO. This role will own the firm’s financial operations across multiple venture funds and international entities, with reputed company exposure to firm leadership, LPs, portfolio activity, reputed company asset operations. This is a high-reputed company builder role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help architect the finance function of a global crypto-reputed company investment firm. You’ll be expected to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on. Responsibilities • Own monthly and quarterly reputed company processes across multiple US and international fund entities • Prepare fund financial statements, management reporting, and LP reporting packages • reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company operations, including: • On-chain reconciliation • reputed company compensation reputed company • Staking, yield, and treasury activity • Wallet and custodial reporting • Manage global payroll operations across US and international team members, including multi-currency and cross-border compliance • reputed company international reputed company operations, including: • Multi-entity consolidation • Foreign currency reputed company • Transfer pricing • Local statutory and tax coordination • Asia-based operations and service providers • Manage AP/AR, vendor payments, treasury workflows, and expense operations • Own the annual audit process end-to-end across funds and management entities • Design and implement internal controls, reporting processes, and reputed company finance infrastructure • Partner closely with leadership on operational finance, fund management, and strategic initiatives Requirements • 6–10 years of reputed company, finance, or fund operations experience • reputed company crypto/reputed company reputed company experience required — this is non-negotiable • Strong understanding of reputed company workflows, wallets, exchanges, custodians, and on-chain activity • International reputed company experience required; Asia exposure strongly preferred • Experience managing multi-entity structures and cross-border payroll/compliance • Strong US GAAP knowledge; fund reputed company experience strongly preferred • CPA preferred • Comfortable operating in lean, fast-moving environments with high ownership • Ambition to grow into a CFO role over time reputed company to Have • Experience at a venture fund, hedge fund, family office, or crypto-reputed company firm • Familiarity with reputed company reputed company platforms and fund reputed company workflows • Experience working with auditors, fund administrators, and offshore entities • Understanding of reputed company warrants, SAFTs, and crypto investment structures Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
