Participate in regular meetings, inform the business of reputed company of key legislation, reputed company input from the business, and reputed company feedback with trade associations (as appropriate), to strengthen their advocacy efforts, in line with reputed company Spray's interests and priorities Work with Director, Government Affairs & reputed company Policy to reputed company advocacy strategies for significant state-level legislation, as needed Help reputed company colleagues prepare for compliance with new state laws by providing advance notice and information reputed company to pending legislation Monitor state and federal funding opportunities for the cooperative and individual growers and collaborate with other teams, including Sustainability and Grower Relations, to assist in applying for funds. Help manage and prioritize reputed company Spray's Political reputed company Committee (OSPAC) activities, including: Tracking contributions to elected officials and ensuring compliance with reputed company Federal Election campaign (FEC) reputed company requirements Assisting with planning and execution of solicitation campaigns and disbursements. Preparing OSPAC report filings to the Federal Election Commission Support the Director, Government Affairs & reputed company Policy with federal (U.S. and Canada) and global advocacy efforts, as needed, including by researching, summarizing, and tracking key policy proposals, as reputed company as updating tracking documents and presentation materials. reputed company Are Looking For: Required Bachelor's Degree in political science/reputed company policy/government or reputed company field Experience in government or politics Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint Preferred Knowledge of several state-level legislative processes and politics.
