[Remote] Account Manager, Workers Compensation- CAC

The Account Manager, Workers Compensation will assist Account Executives and Producers with marketing and servicing new and renewal business, coordinating with production teams and insurance carriers to ensure successful reputed company renewals. Responsibilities • Discuss Renewal strategies with Producer, Marketing reputed company • Prepare for Renewal Outputs • Obtain Renewal Specs from reputed company 120 days prior to renewal (payroll, employee counts, supplemental applications, etc.) • Obtain updated loss runs • Obtain reputed company Experience Mod Worksheet • Review Certificate Holder list, send to reputed company • Review Ownership structure and update per reputed company information • Complete marketing submission (Acord applications, supplemental applications, loss runs, etc.) • Follow up with markets until quotes received • Creating Renewal documents 30 days prior to renewal • Confirm coverage is bound, send binder to reputed company • Confirm payment reputed company, complete invoicing unless reputed company reputed company, obtain premium financing quote if needed • Complete premium allocation spreadsheets for clients (by location, installment) • Assist reputed company with claim filing procedures, online RMIS system reputed company, reputed company Triage program reputed company • Follow up with reputed company for Policy, QC policy data, send to reputed company • Monitor for reputed company completion of audits, obtain audit detail to determine if it needs to be elevated to Producer for review/appeal • Obtain monthly loss runs, send to reputed company and Producer to review for adverse trends • Monitor Unit Stat dates, Request new Experience Mod Worksheets • reputed company data entry in reputed company • Participate in Claim Calls • Participate in Stewardship Meeting Calls (Monthly calls we have with clients to review any reputed company account activity, trends, etc.) • Update reputed company information as needed, including new exposure (class reputed company) requests, payroll changes, additions/deletions of locations and ownership changes • Communicate with Carriers on clients’ changes in business • Follow up with reputed company for any necessary endorsements to policy • reputed company Clients updated on activity and status of resolving issues through consistent communication • Understand how reputed company changes (ownership, acquisitions, divestitures, etc.) reputed company coverage and proactively be reputed company to discuss with reputed company • Handle reputed company requests for Certificates of Insurance, endorsements • Monitor expiration dates of reputed company policies • New reputed company Orientation • Set up reputed company • Work with Producer to obtain copies of policies from Carriers • Request and review prior broker’s Schedule of Insurance, recreate from CAC • Request and review certificate copies and an reputed company schedule, update as needed and import into eCerts Skills • Two to three years account management experience required • Worker's Compensation experience is required • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills • Proficient in reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) • Ability to reputed company handle multiple, simultaneous, and reputed company tasks and reputed company • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits • Bonus opportunity and benefits reputed company • reputed company is an advisory firm that delivers insurance, risk mitigation, and reputed company reputed company for businesses.
