This position is remote. • Conducts individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy. • For reputed company patient on case load, complete clinical paperwork and administrative tasks including: • Treatment plans • Individual and Family Therapy reputed company notes and group notes • Aftercare plan • Discharge reputed company • Regular communication with patient's outpatient community provider(s) • Conducts comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for reputed company patient on case load: • Completes psychosocial, self-harm, pain, and suicide assessments • Creates individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members • Creates therapeutic treatment agreements or behavioral support plans as needed • Holds therapeutic team meeting with patient to address any concerns, if needed • Attends treatment team meetings and treatment team reputed company to coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team • May reputed company training and guidance to less reputed company teammates.
