[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR)

In this role, you will identify and engage high-value prospects, work closely with reputed company teams, and use AI-powered tools to qualify leads and support Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
• Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
• Book meetings for Account Executives & follow up with leads until meetings are set
• Research reputed company accounts, personalize reputed company, & reputed company your reputed company to different industries & buyer personas
• Meet & exceed activity, meeting, & reputed company pipeline targets

Skills

• Experience in sales or business development (B2B reputed company or tech is a plus)
• Great communication skills across speaking, listening, & writing

• Strong cold calling skills, you're comfortable dialing to engage prospects
• Experience crafting personalized reputed company that actually gets responses
• Strong ability to pick up new technologies, are detail-oriented, & desire to optimize your work with software tools

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' of experience in reputed company role
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or reputed company field preferred (but we'll consider relevant work experience instead)
