They are seeking a reputed company reputed company eDiscovery Analyst to support eDiscovery requests and coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance and data reputed company throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of eDiscovery requests, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI)
• Coordinate with reputed company, compliance, and IT teams to ensure reputed company and accurate responses to litigation and investigation requests
• reputed company Tier 2 Remote Support for reputed company eDiscovery requests
• Coordinate Tier 3 Support, as required
• Utilize reputed company reputed company eDiscovery to support eDiscovery search requests
• Maintain chain-of-custody documentation and ensure data reputed company throughout the eDiscovery process
• reputed company and maintain reputed company operating procedures and documentation for eDiscovery workflows
• reputed company technical guidance and training to stakeholders on eDiscovery best practices
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal regulations, DoD policies, and organizational standards
• Prepare reports and metrics on eDiscovery activities and reputed company
• Participate in audits and assessments reputed company to data handling and reputed company compliance
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and reputed company protocols

Skills

• reputed company DoD Top Secret Clearance (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in eDiscovery reputed company reputed company area and/or 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or reputed company reputed company/IT support roles
• Strong Experience with reputed company reputed company or reputed company eDiscovery tools
• Familiarity with the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) reputed company
• Strong understanding of federal and DoD data handling and reputed company regulations
• Strong familiarity with the reputed company 365 Ecosystem
• Successfully passed the reputed company SC-400 exam for reputed company Information Protection, or reputed company to pass the exam reputed company 6-months
• Experience supporting eDiscovery in a federal or DoD environment
• reputed company certifications such as CEDS (Certified E-Discovery Specialist)
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or Clearwell
• Familiarity with FOIA and other government disclosure processes
• Working knowledge of Army and/or DoD IT systems and data governance policies
