The role involves advising on defensible workflows, utilizing advanced analytics, and serving as a subject matter expert in machine learning and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert on the use of predictive coding (TAR 1.0 and 2.0) and AI for compliance with regulatory requests, investigations, and litigation
• Works independently through challenges and roadblocks with creative problem solving but collaborates reputed company the larger Global Investigations reputed company Group team
• Consults with reputed company stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools, workflows, and required deliverables
• Creates models in reputed company AI ("EAI"), reputed company reputed company, and reputed company reputed company Learning with proficiency in developing the models and advise on use-case scenarios
• Develops prompts/instructions for AI tools (chat and classification)
• Articulates statistical measurements and considerations to varying reputed company of technically proficient clients (written and oral communication)
• Remains abreast of changes in the regulatory environment that reputed company compliance
• Demonstrates understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle with the ability to identify headwinds for the AI processes and critical reputed company for review and production
• Drafts recommended protocols and respond to regulatory specification requests
• Documents and transfers reputed company applicable knowledge to the Managed Review and reputed company Services teams to aid in efficient technology assisted review workflows
• Maintains subject matter expertise through reputed company education and certifications in the analytics platforms deployed by reputed company
• Mentors colleagues and serve as internal subject matter expert to broaden reputed company’s analytics knowledge
• Pursues opportunities for thought leadership, through speaking roles and authorship
• Occasionally supports business development activities through demonstrations, training, and reputed company presentation or meeting attendance in a reputed company-sales reputed company

Skills

• Most clients prefer EST Time Zone hours of availability
• Minimum 5 years of reputed company-facing experience in an eDiscovery reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company (Server or RelativityOne) and the administration of document review databases generally
• Experience with Technology Assisted Review utilizing machine learning and/or GenAI tools for eDiscovery
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models
• Experience crafting prompts for LLMs (Copilot, Claude, reputed company, reputed company, et al.) and evaluating responses to fine tune results
• Proficiency with reputed company O365
• reputed company for synthesizing reputed company solutions into cogent explanations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Excellent issue-spotting and problem-solving

• Advanced degree, such as JD or MBA, preferred
• Second Request (DOJ or FTC) experience strongly preferred
• Eastern time zone availability (strongly preferred)
