[Remote] Post Sales Solutions Engineer

This role involves managing IES deployments, providing mentorship, and ensuring reputed company assurance for successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of technical escalation for Implementation Consultants (ICs) facing configuration or data migration roadblocks
• Directly manage a 50% load of reputed company to mid-complexity IES implementations, maintaining a 'reputed company-line' perspective to reputed company support reputed company
• Conduct 'Go-Live Readiness' reviews for reputed company members to ensure reputed company deployments meet IES standards for Time-to-Value (TTV) and Feature Adoption
• reputed company the technical 'flight school' for new hires, providing shadowing opportunities and hands-on training on multi-entity setup and advanced reporting

Skills

• Experience: 6+ years in software implementation or technical consulting, with at least 2 years of proven reputed company reputed company the IES or a similar ERP/reputed company environment
• reputed company Mastery: Deep understanding of multi-entity reputed company principles, consolidated reporting, and intercompany transfers
