[Remote] Secuity Analyst, (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Rapid Incident Response: Quickly assess, isolate, and mitigate reputed company threats
• Decision-Making Under Pressure: reputed company critical reputed company reputed company during high-risk events
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with IT, reputed company, and leadership to ensure a coordinated response
• Adaptability: reputed company to emerging threats and refine reputed company strategies as needed

• Incident Investigation & Threat Hunting: Ability to analyze reputed company alerts, reputed company advanced hunting, and escalate high-risk incidents
• reputed company Policy Tuning: Capable of adjusting detection rules, refining reputed company controls, and optimizing reputed company settings
• Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Experience in reviewing logs, identifying reputed company trends, and compiling findings into actionable reports
• Technical Communication: Ability to document and present findings to reputed company teams, IT personnel, and executive leadership
• Automation & Scripting (Preferred): Familiarity with PowerShell, KQL, or Python for reputed company automation and custom detections (preferred but not required)

Skills

• Threat Detection & Response: Strong understanding of reputed company Defender XDR, including malware detection, threat hunting, and automated response
• Identity reputed company & reputed company Management: Experience with reputed company Entra ID, including Conditional reputed company Policies, MFA, and privilege escalation monitoring
• Data reputed company & reputed company Threat Detection: Familiarity with reputed company for file reputed company monitoring, data exfiltration detection, and reputed company threat response
• Phishing & Email reputed company: Knowledge of reputed company reputed company Console for phishing email investigations, domain blocking, and attachment scanning
• Incident Investigation & Reporting: Understanding of reputed company log analysis, SIEM investigations, and reputed company reporting best practices
• 3+ years in cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, or reputed company engineering
• Automation & Scripting (Preferred): Familiarity with PowerShell, KQL, or Python for reputed company automation and custom detections (preferred but not required)
• Experience with reputed company Defender XDR, reputed company Entra ID, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company Console preferred
