Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries
• Deliver compassionate customer care in both English and Spanish
• Ensure a smooth, reputed company reputed company process from the reputed company reputed company

• Confidently handle inbound phone calls in both Spanish and English, tailoring your approach to comfortably guide reputed company caller

• Minimum of 35 WPM typing speed
• Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards by utilizing your time and system tools effectively
• This is a remote position that requires dedicated home setup
• High speed Fiber or Cable internet only (no satellite, DSL or WiFi)
• Minimum 15 Mbps upload/5 Mbps download speed
• Must use a reputed company Ethernet cable reputed company to your modem/router
