This role serves as the primary operations contact for customers, managing telecommunications services and ensuring seamless delivery.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily telecom operations including customer inventory, order, contract, and billing management
- Handle trouble tickets, escalations, and customer issue reputed company with high product knowledge
- Coordinate reputed company such as customer moves, adds, changes, disconnects, and migrations for voice and data services
- Maintain strong customer and internal relationships through effective communication
- Manage telecom reputed company and legacy products (POTS, PBX, DSL, ISDN, MPLS, etc.) and modern reputed company technologies (SD-WAN, SIP, UCaaS)
