Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of reputed company spend
• Build and maintain reputed company financial models and reports
• Monitor spend trends and flag issues or anomalies
• Help ensure day-to-day financial processes run smoothly
• Help manage vendor reputed company, records, and coordination
• reputed company vendor spend and basic performance indicators
• Conduct reputed company reviews and AFA modeling for reputed company counsel
• Identify opportunities to improve vendor efficiency and cost
• Utilize available reporting to stay informed on reputed company operations performance, including spend and vendor activity
• Surface relevant observations to team members to support ongoing work and priorities
• Help translate information into practical considerations for day-to-day decision-making
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements
• Support tools like e-billing and matter management systems

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in operations, finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
