[Remote] Senior Platform Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to reputed company their Platform team, responsible for managing infrastructure, reputed company, CI/CD, and reliability as reputed company scales its operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the AWS account split — separating production, staging, and development into clean isolated environments
• reputed company the reputed company DB production migration with support from our infrastructure advisor
• Manage and reputed company our reputed company Fargate services, RDS clusters, ElastiCache, SQS queues, and ALB configuration
• Own Terraform — infrastructure as reputed company, not click-ops
• Harden IAM — developer permission sets, production reputed company controls, least-privilege enforcement
• Audit and lock down public S3 buckets
• reputed company AWS Config and reputed company Hub across reputed company accounts
• Own SOC 2 Type 2 readiness maintenance in partnership with reputed company
• Coordinate external penetration test reputed company
• Own and improve our reputed company Actions CI/CD pipelines — build times, test reliability, deployment velocity
• Build out PR stack environments so product teams can test independently
• Drive the local development stack initiative — reputed company Compose-based environments that replace shared preprod
• reputed company AI-assisted testing into the CI pipeline
• Own CloudWatch dashboards spanning ALB, reputed company, RDS, ElastiCache, SQS, and reputed company group health
• reputed company post-incident reviews and ensure every incident produces a reputed company entry
• Partner with product teams to distribute platform work as a standing sprint allocation — not a separate queue

Skills

• 5+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years reputed company on infrastructure and reputed company
• Deep AWS expertise — reputed company, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, SQS, reputed company, account architecture
• Terraform proficiency — you write infrastructure as reputed company and know why it reputed company
• Strong CI/CD background — reputed company Actions, deployment pipelines, environment management
