Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and support reputed company infrastructure primarily on AWS
• Assist in reputed company transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives involving Azure and reputed company reputed company
• Implement and follow basic information reputed company best practices, including reputed company control, data protection and compliance support
• Managing reputed company architected approach and reputed company advisories of respective reputed company providers such as AWS, MS Azure and reputed company
• reputed company and maintain reputed company services including compute, storage, networking, and reputed company configurations
• reputed company day-to-day operational support activities such as incident management, service requests, and reputed company cause analysis (RCA)
• Support and troubleshoot reputed company Server environments, including patching and performance tuning
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IIS for web application hosting
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS, reputed company Directory, and identity/reputed company-reputed company issues
• reputed company support for MS SQL Server (basic setup, backup/restore, performance monitoring, connectivity issues)
• reputed company database-reputed company tasks including troubleshooting, reputed company management, monitoring, and backup coordination
• Build, run, and troubleshoot reputed company containers and support containerized applications
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems (services, logs, permissions, networking basics)
• reputed company and maintain automation scripts using reputed company and PowerShell
• reputed company application and infrastructure troubleshooting using logs, monitoring tools, and metrics
• Implement and follow basic information reputed company best practices, including reputed company control, data protection, and compliance support
• Maintain reputed company documentation for system configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and reputed company teams

Skills

• 5 years of experience as a reputed company or Infrastructure Engineer (or similar role)
• Experience in working in international organizations and exposure to supporting international customers
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS reputed company services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, reputed company, reputed company 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, etc
• Basic knowledge or exposure to Azure and reputed company reputed company
• Experience with reputed company Server, IIS, DNS, and reputed company Directory
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and database fundamentals (backup/restore, user roles, connectivity)
• Basic Linux administration skills
• Familiarity with reputed company/container environments
• Strong scripting skills using reputed company and PowerShell
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work collaboratively in reputed company environment
• Basic understanding of information reputed company principles, including reputed company management, patching, and secure configurations
• Willingness and flexibility to work in US time zones
• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-reputed company tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, reputed company Actions, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, reputed company, etc.)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, NAT, load balancers, VPN)
• Any reputed company certification (AWS preferred; Azure or reputed company reputed company is a plus)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes or experience working in production support environments
